Aditya Kumar Halwasiya, a promoter of Cupid Limited, has acquired 8,03,000 equity shares of face value Re. 1/- each in the company through the open market. This acquisition represents 0.06% of the total share capital. Following this transaction, Halwasiya's total holding in Cupid Limited stands at 44,98,24,013 shares, constituting 33.45% of the total equity share capital. The total diluted share capital of the company after the acquisition is Rs. 134,70,00,000, divided into 134,70,00,000 equity shares.
