Atambhu Buildwell Acquires 4.13% Stake in Newtime Infrastructure

Atambhu Buildwell Private Limited has disclosed its acquisition of 2,16,66,469 equity shares, representing 4.13% of the total share capital, in Newtime Infrastructure Limited. The acquisition was made through the allotment of equity shares pursuant to the conversion of 10% Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS). The transaction occurred on August 14, 2026. Following this acquisition, Atambhu Buildwell's total holding in Newtime Infrastructure stands at 4.13%. The total equity share capital of Newtime Infrastructure increased from 52,48,38,000 to 54,65,04,469 shares post-acquisition.
