Newtime Infrastructure Board Approves Financial Results and Appoints Company Secretary

Newtime Infrastructure Ltd announced the outcome of its Board Meeting held on August 14, 2026. The board approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the limited review report from statutory auditors. Additionally, Ms. Ayushi Awasthi was appointed as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective from the same date. The board also approved the conversion of 2,35,50,530 Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares into equity shares.
