Cupid: Promoter Aditya Halwasiya acquires 41 lakh shares

Cupid Limited has received a disclosure from Mr. Aditya Kumar Halwasiya, Promoter and Chairman & Managing Director, regarding the acquisition of 4,100,000 equity shares. This disclosure is in compliance with Regulation 29(2) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The shares were acquired through an open market transaction. Prior to this acquisition, Mr. Halwasiya held 456,172,093 shares, representing 33.92% of the company's total share capital. Post-acquisition, his holding increased to 460,272,093 shares, or 34.23%. The overall promoter and promoter group holding in Cupid Limited now stands at 47.18%, up from 46.87%.
