NCLT Allows Merger Scheme of Cyber Media Research & Services

Cyber Media (India) Limited announced that the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Delhi Bench, has allowed the Joint Application of First Motion regarding the Scheme of Merger of Cyber Media Research & Services Limited (Transferor Company) into Cyber Media (India) Limited (Transferee Company). The NCLT has dispensed with the meetings of Secured Creditors for both companies and directed the convening of meetings for Unsecured Creditors and Equity Shareholders of both the Transferor and Transferee Companies. This order, dated October 16, 2026, is a significant step towards the completion of the merger.
