Ugro Capital: Amalgamation Scheme Final Hearing Set for Nov 20, 2026

Ugro Capital Limited announced that the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai Bench, has admitted the company petition concerning the Scheme of Amalgamation between Profectus Capital Private Limited and Ugro Capital Limited. The petition, filed under Sections 230-232 of the Companies Act, 2013, has been admitted on October 9, 2026. The final hearing for this amalgamation scheme is scheduled for November 20, 2026. The NCLT has directed the petitioner to issue notices to relevant authorities as per Section 230(5) of the Companies Act, 2013, inviting representations within thirty days. The petitioner must also publish the hearing notice in two local newspapers at least 10 days prior to the hearing date.
