Dalmia Bharat Appoints Yatin Malhotra as CFO

Dalmia Bharat Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Yatin Malhotra as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel, effective August 1, 2026. He replaces Mr. Dharmender Tuteja, who is retiring upon superannuation on July 31, 2026. Malhotra is a seasoned finance professional with over 25 years of experience, including previous CFO roles at ACC Limited and Whirlpool of India Ltd.
