DAM Capital Approves FY26 Results, Recommends ₹1 Dividend

DAM Capital Advisors Ltd's Board approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. They recommended a final dividend of ₹1 per equity share, subject to shareholder approval. The board also ratified amendments to the Pre-IPO ESOP Scheme and approved the re-appointment of Mr. Dharmesh Anil Mehta as Managing Director and CEO for 5 years. Mr. Jateen Doshi will complete his term as Whole Time Director and will not seek reappointment, but will continue in his role as Head of Institutional Equities and Business Development. PricewaterhouseCoopers Services LLP was appointed as Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27.
