DAM Capital Recommends Final Dividend of ₹1 Per Share

DAM Capital Advisors Ltd's board has recommended a final dividend of Re. 1/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The board also approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the same period. Other key decisions included ratification of amendments to the Pre-IPO ESOP Scheme, re-appointment of Mr. Dharmesh Anil Mehta as Managing Director and CEO, and appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers Services LLP as Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27.
