Datamatics Appoints Dr. Rajesh Gharpure as COO

Dr. Gharpure brings over 30 years of experience in global technology services, business operations, and digital transformation. Previously, he served as Chief Delivery Officer at Persistent Systems, where he was responsible for a significant portion of the business and drove substantial growth and margin improvements. His expertise spans various technology domains including Data & AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Intelligent Automation. Prior to Persistent, he held senior leadership roles at L&T Infotech, managing substantial business units and driving transformation initiatives. Dr. Gharpure holds a Ph.D. in Management and is a CPA, CS, and ICWA.
