Datamatics Appoints Dr. Rajesh Gharpure as President & COO

Datamatics Global Services Limited announced the appointment of Dr. Rajesh Gharpure as President & Chief Operating Officer (COO). Dr. Gharpure, with over 30 years of experience in technology services and P&L management, will report to Vice Chairman & CEO Rahul Kanodia. He will oversee key business units including Digital Technologies, Digital Operations & Experiences, and AI Consulting, focusing on accelerating the company's AI-led growth strategy and operational excellence. His prior roles include Chief Delivery Officer at Persistent Systems and Executive Vice President at L&T Infotech.
