DB International Board Approves Q4/FY26 Results & CS Appointment

DB International Stock Brokers Ltd's Board of Directors, at their meeting on April 21, 2026, approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the fourth quarter and the full financial year ended March 31, 2026. The Board also approved the appointment of Ms. Uttama as the Company Secretary. Furthermore, the Board noted the Chief Financial Officer's declaration confirming an unmodified opinion in the audit report issued by the statutory auditor for the financial results.
