DB International Stock Brokers Ltd Closes Trading Window for Q3 2025 Results

DB (International) Stock Brokers Limited has announced the closure of the trading window for the quarter ended 31st December, 2025. The closure will start from 1st January, 2026 and will last till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited Financial Results (Consolidated and Standalone) for the Third quarter (Q-3) ended on 31st December, 2025. The decision is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, as amended, and the 'Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading' and 'Code of Conduct for Practices and Procedures Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (UPSI)'. All designated persons and their immediate relatives have been advised not to enter/deal in any transaction involving sale or purchase of Company's Equity Shares/Securities during the closure period.
