The meeting will be held at the company's office in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The trading window for dealing in securities of the company, which was closed from January 01, 2026, will remain closed for all Connected/ Designated Persons till 48 hours after the announcement of the Outcome of the Board Meeting.
