DCM Financial Services: Independent Director Resigns, New Director Appointed

DCM Financial Services Ltd announced the resignation of Ms. Richa Kathuria from her position as Independent Director, effective August 11, 2026, due to other professional commitments. Consequently, she has also stepped down from her roles in the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders Relationship Committee. The Board of Directors approved the appointment of Ms. Snehlata Kaim as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent) for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval.
