DCM Ltd: Delhi HC stays July 28 order on developer's appeal

DCM Ltd has informed the stock exchanges about an interim order passed by the Division Bench of the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi. The appeal filed by GCD Prime ('Developer') against the July 28, 2026, judgement (which dismissed the developer's petition under Section 9 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act) was heard on August 12, 2026. The Division Bench has stayed the effect and operation of the Single Judge's judgement and directed to maintain the status quo regarding the project land. The appeal remains pending for final adjudication.
