Baron Infotech: Appeals Heard, Further Hearings Scheduled

Baron Infotech Limited (under CIRP) has filed an intimation regarding appeals filed by Mr. Vivek Kumar Ratakonda and an I.A. filed by M/s. Innopark (India) Private Limited. Two appeals by Mr. Ratakonda (Comp App (AT) (CH) (Ins) No. 577/2026 and 579/2026) were heard along with his prior appeal (Comp App (AT) (CH) (Ins) No. 516/2026) by the Hon'ble NCLAT, Chennai Bench on November 3, 2026. M/s. Innopark (India) Private Limited also filed an I.A. in Comp App (AT) (CH) (Ins) No. 516/2026. Further hearings are scheduled for November 5, 2026 (Resolution Professional submissions and Innopark's submissions) and November 6, 2026 (appellant's submissions).
