DCM Shriram Appoints Two Independent Directors

DCM Shriram Ltd has announced the appointment of Justice (Retd.) Sanjay Kishan Kaul and Ms. Rumjhum Chatterjee as Additional Directors in the Independent category. This appointment is effective from August 9, 2026, for a term of five years, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Both appointees are not debarred from holding directorships. Justice Kaul brings extensive legal experience, including roles as Chief Justice of High Courts and a Judge of the Supreme Court. Ms. Chatterjee has a background in psychology and significant experience in infrastructure, policy, and women's empowerment initiatives.
