Onida Electronics: Shirish Suvagia resigns as Whole Time Director

Onida Electronics Ltd announced the resignation of Mr. Shirish Suvagia from his positions as Whole Time Director and Chief Financial Officer, effective July 3, 2026. The Board of Directors acknowledged his contributions. Concurrently, the company approved several key appointments and changes, including Mr. Jayesh Gandhi as Additional Independent Director, Mr. Kaval Mirchandani's designation change, and Mr. Gunjan Srivastava's appointment as Additional & Managing Director and CEO. Mr. Manish Desai has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer and Whole-time Director. The company also approved the grant of Employee Stock Options.
