Alok Bansidhar Shriram has acquired 2,69,06,206 equity shares, representing 30.94% of the paid-up share capital of DCM Shriram Fine Chemicals Limited. The transaction, executed on October 9, 2026, was an off-market inter-se transfer among promoters and immediate relatives. Following this acquisition, Alok Bansidhar Shriram's total holding in the company increased from 10.28% to 41.21%. The total equity share capital of the company remains unchanged at 8,69,92,185 shares.
