Sejal Glass to Acquire Magnumtuff India Business for ₹40.80 Cr

Sejal Glass Limited has announced its Board of Directors has approved the acquisition of Magnumtuff India Private Limited's architectural and automotive glass business undertaking via a slump sale. The aggregate consideration for the acquisition, including the factory land and building, is ₹40.80 crore. The acquired business reported operating revenue of ₹36.20 crore in FY26. This strategic acquisition will expand Sejal Glass's manufacturing footprint to four facilities in India, including a new facility in Karnataka, strengthening its presence in South India and key regional markets. The transaction is expected to be completed by November 30, 2026, and aims to enhance operational synergies and market reach.
