DCM Shriram RTA Kfin Technologies to Shift Corporate Office

DCM Shriram Ltd has announced that its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA), Kfin Technologies Limited, will be shifting its corporate office. The new office will be effective from December 1st, 2026. The existing address is Selenium Tower B, Plot No. 31 & 32, Gachibowli, Financial District, Nanakramguda, Hyderabad - 500032, Telangana. The new address will be 6, 23, 24, 25th Floor, South Tower, Rajapushpa West Avenue, Survey No. 115, Kokapet, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana – 500075. All future correspondence with the RTA should be directed to the new address from the effective date. The RTA's registered office remains unchanged.
