Satani Bearings Appoints Bhatt Shah Mekhia & Co. as Statutory Auditors

Satani Bearings Ltd announced the appointment of M/s Bhatt Shah Mekhia & Co., Chartered Accountants, as its new Statutory Auditors during a Board of Directors meeting held on June 19, 2026. This appointment fills the vacancy created by the resignation of M/s P A M S & Associates. The Board also noted the reconstitution of the Audit Committee and Nomination & Remuneration Committee following the resignation of Ms. Aakansha Vaid from the Board. The appointment of the new auditors is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming General Meeting.
