Satani Bearings Appoints New Auditors, Accepts Resignation

Satani Bearings Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has accepted the resignation of M/s P A M S & Associates as Statutory Auditors, effective June 19, 2026. Concurrently, the Board appointed M/S. Bhatt Shah Mekhia & Co. as the new Statutory Auditors. The appointment is provisional until the company's next General Meeting. The Board also approved the reconstitution of the Audit Committee and Nomination & Remuneration Committee following the resignation of an Independent Director.
