Deccan Gold Mines: Encouraging Tungsten-Tin Mineralisation in Spain
Deccan Gold Mines has announced encouraging preliminary results from its maiden drilling program at the Logrosan Tungsten Project in Spain. Eight drill holes totaling 3522m intersected potentially economic tungsten or tungsten-tin mineralization, suggesting a deposit that might contain over 2.3 million tonnes with significant WO3 and SnO2 content. The company is now analyzing the data to plan future drilling to intersect primary mineralisation structures. Additionally, drilling at the nearby Maria prospect has intersected antimony mineralization, with assay results pending. Partners in the Logrosan Project have secured up to €250,000 in Spanish government funding for exploration costs related to the La Brujas target.
