Deccan Gold Mines Produces First Gold Doré at Altyn Tor Project
Deccan Gold Mines Limited has achieved a significant milestone by producing its first gold doré at the Altyn Tor Project in Kyrgyzstan. This marks a crucial step in the company's transition from an explorer to a producer. The company successfully processed a batch of gravity circuit concentrate through its newly installed Intensive Leach System (ILS), validating the integrated process design and metallurgical leachability. This achievement de-risks the processing flowsheet and demonstrates operational viability as the company moves towards full-scale commercialization. The Altyn Tor project, located in the Naryn region, has current mineral resources estimated at 180 koz of gold. Deccan Gold holds a 60% stake in Avelum Partners LLC, the developer and operator of the project.
