Decillion Finance Appoints New Statutory Auditors and Independent Director

Decillion Finance Ltd's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on July 2, 2026, approved the appointment of M/s MGSA & Company as Statutory Auditors to fill a casual vacancy. They also appointed Mrs. Nita Agarwal as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director. Both appointments are subject to member approval at the upcoming General Meeting. The auditor appointment is for the financial year 2026-27, replacing M/s T D K & Co. Mrs. Agarwal, a Commerce Graduate, brings expertise in finance and corporate governance.
