UHM Vacation Appoints Varun Kabra & Associates as Secretarial Auditor

UHM Vacation Ltd has appointed M/s. Varun Kabra and Associates, a Practising Company Secretaries Firm, as its Secretarial Auditor for a term of 5 years, commencing from the financial year 2026-27, subject to shareholder approval. The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors during a meeting held on July 3, 2026. The company also submitted its audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, along with a declaration of unmodified audit opinions. The company noted that Regulation 32 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, regarding utilization of public issue funds, is not applicable as no funds were raised through a public issue as of March 31, 2026.
