Deep Health AI India Appoints Virendra Choubisa as Independent Director

Deep Health AI India Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Virendra Choubisa as a Non-Executive Independent Director during its 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 30, 2026. The appointment is effective from September 3, 2026, for a term of five consecutive years, concluding on September 2, 2031. Shareholders also approved the appointment of M/s Vimal C Surana & Co. as Statutory Auditors for a five-year term. Mr. Choubisa brings over 15 years of experience in finance, accounting, and education, holding a Bachelor of Arts degree. He is not related to any existing director and is not debarred from holding a directorship.
