Deepak Builders Appoints Charanjit Singh Bains as Independent Director

Deepak Builders and Engineers India Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Charanjit Singh Bains as an additional director in the capacity of Independent Director. The Board of Directors approved the appointment during a meeting held on October 30, 2026. Shareholders will be asked to approve his appointment as Non-Executive Independent Director via postal ballot. Mr. Bains is a Civil Engineer with over 37 years of experience in infrastructure project execution.
