Promoter Group Member Shantanu Daga Acquires 0.01% Shares in Deepak Spinners Ltd. via Gift from Relatives

In accordance with Regulation 10(5) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, Shantanu Daga, a member of the promoter group of Deepak Spinners Ltd., has disclosed the acquisition of 428 equity shares through inter-se transfer between promoter group members who are relatives. This acquisition, which is exempt from making an open offer under Regulation 10(1)(a)(i) & (ii), will not result in a higher acquisition price than 25% of the computed price. The proposed acquisition date is on or after 6th March 2026.
