Desco Infratech Limited has announced the adjournment of its 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) due to a lack of requisite quorum. The original AGM, scheduled for September 30, 2026, could not proceed as planned. Consequently, the Adjourned 15th AGM will now be held on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, at 02:00 PM IST via Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The company is providing a fresh opportunity for members to exercise their voting rights through remote e-voting from October 4, 2026, 9:00 AM IST to October 6, 2026, 5:00 PM IST. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from September 23, 2026, to October 7, 2026, inclusive.
