Desco Infratech Regularizes Independent Director Shailesh Naik

Desco Infratech Ltd has regularized the appointment of Mr. Shailesh Kalidas Naik as a Non-Executive Independent Director. This follows an adjournment of the 15th Annual General Meeting due to a lack of quorum. The members approved Mr. Naik's regularization for a first term of 5 years, effective July 1, 2026. Mr. Naik brings extensive experience in urban infrastructure, utility management, and municipal administration, with over a decade in the energy and public utility sector. He is not related to any existing directors or Key Managerial Personnel.
