Desco Infratech Appoints New Director, Reconstitutes Board Committees

Desco Infratech Ltd announced changes in its board composition following a meeting held on July 1, 2026. Mr. Yash Gurnani resigned as Non-Executive Independent Director due to personal and professional commitments, effective July 1, 2026. Concurrently, Mr. Shailesh K. Naik was appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for a term of five years, subject to shareholder approval. Following these changes, the Board also reconstituted its Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Stakeholders' Relationship Committee.
