Desco Infratech: Director Resigns, New Independent Director Appointed

Desco Infratech Ltd announced changes in its board composition following a meeting on July 1, 2026. Mr. Yash Gurnani resigned as Non-Executive Independent Director due to personal and professional commitments, effective end of business hours on July 1, 2026. Consequently, he also stepped down from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and as Chairman of the Stakeholders Relationship Committee. The Board approved the appointment of Mr. Shailesh K. Naik as an Additional Director (Non-Executive, Independent Director) for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval. The board committees were reconstituted following these changes.
