Dev Accelerator Adds 97,075 sq. ft. Capacity in Kochi & Ahmedabad

Dev Accelerator Ltd has announced capacity addition through lease deeds in Kochi and Ahmedabad, significantly increasing its operational footprint. The company will add 13,075 sq. ft. in Kochi, expected to be operational by February/March 2027, and 84,000 sq. ft. in Ahmedabad, expected by November 2026. The total investment for this expansion is up to ₹6.00 Crores (₹3.00 Crores for each city), to be financed through internal accruals or debt. This expansion aligns with the company's business growth strategy and aims to enhance its operational capacity. The existing capacity for both centers was 1.16 Million sq. ft. with a utilization rate of 91% as of September 30, 2026.
