Dev Accelerator Board Approves MOA/AOA Alteration, ESOPs, Subsidiary Loan

Dev Accelerator Ltd's Board of Directors met on August 12, 2026, approving several key proposals. These include the alteration of the Main Object Clause of the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association, subject to member approval. The board also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Jaimin Jagdishbhai Shah as a Nominee Director.
