Devinsu Trading Appoints Akash Mehta as Internal Auditor

Devinsu Trading Ltd has appointed Mr. Akash Mehta, a Practicing Chartered Accountant, as the Internal Auditor for a term of five consecutive years commencing from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30. This appointment was approved during the Board of Directors meeting held on May 18, 2026. The board also approved the appointment of Mrs. Sangita Hiren Shukla as an Additional Independent Director, Mr. Bhaveshkumar Arjunkumar Rawal as the Secretarial Auditor, Mr. Krish Piyush Shah as the CFO, and Ms. Khushi Gangwani as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.
