Additionally, Mr. Chandrashekhar Singh was appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director, effective immediately, subject to regulatory compliance. The Board also approved in principle the opening of a branch office in Kolkata to facilitate operations in Eastern India, with a monthly rent of ₹20,000 for premises owned by a related party, Mr. Suresh Bohra.
