Dhampur Sugar Mills Board approves FY26 financials, recommends director re-appointments

The Board of Directors of Dhampur Sugar Mills Limited met on May 28, 2026, and approved the Annual Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements for the year ended March 31, 2026. The board also recommended the re-appointment of Mr. Anuj Khanna as Non-Executive Independent Director for five years and Mr. Subhash Pandey as Whole Time Director for three years, both subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, the board recommended commission for Non-Executive Independent Directors for FY26 and approved August 26, 2026, as the date for the 91st Annual General Meeting.
