Dhampur Sugar Mills Board Approves FY26 Results, Recommends Director Re-appointments

Dhampur Sugar Mills Limited's Board of Directors, in its meeting on May 28, 2026, approved the annual standalone and consolidated financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2026, both with unmodified audit opinions. The Board also recommended the re-appointment of Mr. Anuj Khanna as Non-Executive Independent Director for five years and Mr. Subhash Pandey as Whole Time Director for three years, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, commission for Non-Executive Independent Directors for FY2025-26 was recommended, also pending shareholder approval. The 93rd Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, August 26, 2026.
