Dhanalaxmi Roto Spinners Closes Trading Window for Insider Trading

Dhanalaxmi Roto Spinners Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The window will be shut for all Insiders, including Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 2026. The company will separately inform stock exchanges about the board meeting to approve these results. Designated persons have been duly notified not to trade during this period.
