Shiprocket: Trading Window Closed for Q1 FY27 Results

Shiprocket Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives. This closure is effective from August 19, 2026, and is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, ahead of the company's unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1 FY27). The trading window will re-open 48 hours after the announcement of these financial results. The date for the Board Meeting to consider and declare the Q1 FY27 results will be communicated separately.
