Dhanlaxmi Bank Appoints New Chief Vigilance Officer

Dhanlaxmi Bank Ltd has announced the appointment of Mr. Gopalakrishnan V.N as its new Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO). The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors via a resolution by circulation on July 6, 2026. Mr. Gopalakrishnan V.N will serve for a term of three years, commencing from his joining date of July 13, 2026. He brings over 40 years of extensive banking experience from institutions like ESAF Small Finance Bank, Federal Bank Limited, and EXIM Bank, with significant expertise in vigilance, fraud prevention, risk management, and core banking operations. He holds an MBA, a Bachelor in Law degree, and is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB).
