Dhanuka Agritech Closes Trading Window for Q2 FY27 Results

Dhanuka Agritech Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The window will be shut from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2026. This restriction applies to all designated persons and individuals possessing unpublished price-sensitive information, preventing them from trading in the company's shares during this period.
