Dhatre Udyog Ltd Reports Q3 and Nine Months Financial Results for 2025, Announces Plant Shutdown and Asset Disposal

Dhatre Udyog Ltd, formerly known as Narayani Steels Limited, has reported its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December 2025. The company's revenue from operations stands at Rs. 12,661.20 Lakhs for the quarter and Rs. 14,429.31 Lakhs for the nine months period. The company has announced the shutdown of its manufacturing operations due to the ageing of the plant, outdated machinery, and technology obsolescence. The Board intends to either set up a new plant or diversify by monetizing the factory land and other land at Kakinada. The company has disposed of the plant & machinery and equipment individually as scrap and disposed of the land separately. The associate has incurred significant losses, and the Group has not recognized any further share of losses. The reported financial results of the Group are not impacted by the continuing losses or the going concern uncertainty of the associate.
