UFM Industries Appoints MAS Services as New RTA

UFM Industries Ltd announced the appointment of M/s MAS Services Limited as its new Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA), replacing M/s. Niche Technologies Private Limited. The transition will be effective from the date of change of electronic connectivity with NSDL and CDSL, with the exact date to be intimated later. M/s. Niche Technologies Private Limited will continue to provide RTA services until the completion of the transfer. The move aims to streamline RTA processes, enhance operational efficiencies, and leverage advanced technology for investor services.
