Dhenu Buildcon Appoints Two Non-Executive Independent Directors

Dhenu Buildcon Infra Ltd announced the appointment of Ms. Rekhaben Sanjay Bhanushali and Mr. Asutosh Arun Sahu as Non-Executive Independent Directors. The appointments were approved by the Board of Directors on August 14, 2026, following a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Both directors have been appointed for a term of five years, from August 14, 2026, to August 13, 2031, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 118th Annual General Meeting. Ms. Bhanushali is a commerce graduate with expertise in finance and marketing, while Mr. Sahu holds a Commerce degree and an MBA in Finance with strong accounting knowledge.
