Dhoot Transmission Invests GBP 2.4M in UK Subsidiary

Dhoot Transmission Ltd has invested GBP 2,400,000 (approximately ₹31.31 crore) in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Dhoot Transmission UK Limited. The investment comprises the acquisition of 75,000 equity shares at GBP 32 per share. This capital infusion is intended to facilitate the repayment or prepayment of outstanding borrowings by Dhoot Transmission UK, thereby enabling the utilization of internal accruals for future business growth and expansion. Dhoot Transmission UK, incorporated in 2007, is engaged in the trading of wiring harnesses and reported a turnover of GBP 74,08,346 for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The transaction is considered an arm's length transaction.
