Dhruv Consultancy Services Limited has been empanelled by Chhattisgarh Road and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited as a consultancy agency for preparing Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) for roads and bridge works. This empanelment is valid for 36 months from the agreement date. The company received the Letter of Intent (LOI) referencing RFP no. CGRIDCL/EMP/DPR-R & B/2026/115, dated 17/08/2026, with the LOI number 1681/CGRIDCL/2026 dated 26.10.2026, received on 28.10.2026. The company is required to furnish a performance security deposit as per the RFP document. This disclosure is made in accordance with SEBI Listing Regulations.
